The kitchen and pool were remodeled in 2007. The Pool was upgraded with a slide, waterfall, energy efficient pool equipment, and pebble tech in 2012. The lot is the largest in the tract at almost 12,000 sq, ft. This is one of the few homes in Huntington Beach that features recreational vehicle parking. The driveway, front patio and recreational vehicle parking areas were all upgraded with bricks. The pool is both gas and solar heated, and the electricity is upgraded with solar panels.
