Owner/current property manager lives on site and will be moving out ASAP. If you would like to become a property manager and be designated to choose your roommates now would be the time to get in. Every month, $4000 would be due to the property manager plus an additional $100 per roommate to go towards all utilities. In the meanwhile, though, that's why it's so much cheaper than the other rooms. It's only $500 per person plus utilities. PLEASE NOTE EVERYONE MUST PAY $100 TOWARDS UTILITIES EVERY MONTH. NO EXCEPTIONS! Utilities included are Wi-Fi, Electricity, Gas, Water/Sewer all appliance repairs less than $100. Unfinished basement has a carpet and basic furniture along with pain twin bed. Basement can easily accommodate up to two people or it could be used like a storage shed. The attic and garage could all also be used as storage units for an additional small fee per month. The attic has pull down easy access stairs and tons of room for storage. Depending on the amount of items that need to be stored, a storage fee may or may not be charged. If interested, please come and take a tour of the house. You'll be pleasantly surprised with all the amenities and common areas that are shared. There's a private beach, two sets of washers & dryers (one set on the top floor and one set in the basement), there's a huge kitchen fully equipped, several areas to sit down and eat, four total balconies/decks, large or walk-in closets in almost every bedroom, two of the three bathrooms have a separate shower and Jacuzzi. It's extremely peaceful here. The neighbors are very friendly. You won't wanna leave. Tenants will collectively pay for utilities including electricity, gas, cable and entertainment options as you desire. If you want to bring your own furnishings a moving fee will be charged. No smoking allowed inside property under any circumstances. Please respect the fact that this is a very nice home and drinking and drugs are not very well tolerated. If you're doing drugs, or drinking heavily you will be evicted immediately. If the cops are called out on you for any reason, you will immediately be evicted. The same goes for doing any illegal activities. There are several outdoor areas where smoking is permissible. The fire-pit in the backyard and any of the four outdoor decks but only with proper ashtrays to dispose of ashes and cigarette butts, please. Possible tenants must have reasonably credit and steady employment. The first full months rent and security deposit due at lease signing if possession is to be taken on the 1st of any month immediately occupancy avaiable. .
