Private room with access to common areas. Laundry and parking available. Personal hygiene is an absolute must. Must be pet friendly. We do allow a small pet. We are on 420 friendly home, with that being said we are laid back people and get along with everybody. My main requirement is that you pay your rent on time. We're two blocks north of the beach and christiano boardwalk. Just use of the treasure Bay. Rent price is for a single person that works full-time. We do a 90-day lease.
