Everything is private and supplied meaning its fully furnished w everything you could need to live comfortably including linen and towel, plates, pots & pans etc. The same can be removed if you have your own items. Its a short walk to the metro - "EXPO line/WESTERN Ave". Water & utilities are included along with WIFI, and the unit has heat and AC and a comfortable Full size bed loft. The bed loft is located behind the curtains in the image and the bed is accessed by a tailor made ladder for easy access. The rental is located in central / MID CITY LA off Arlington on the 10 freeway. All utilities are included in the monthly rental fee & the RV has heat and AC unit. No smoking inside the RV and we are on a small street so parking is very easy outside the RV. The unit is rented month to month or longer stays are also available & preferred. There is a one time cleaning fee of $200.00. Rent & cleaning fee is due before move in and rent due on monthly basis, or length of stay. If you choose to stay monthly the rent will be due every 20th to reserve the following month or move out before 10 am on the 1st.
