Tenants have had horses and other animals but there is a "pet rent" option for certain animals. No indoor cats as landlord is allergic to them. Water is from a well (best water you've ever tasted!) so no water bill. Same with septic. Electricity (avg is $120 per month), Garbage and internet are to be paid by tenant. Pets have to be approved and may be subject to a rent and separate deposit. No smoking allowed on the property. No indoor animals allowed. Tenant is responsible for snow removal from road to property.
