I purchased this house with plans to move right in, but I'm not able to occupy it at this time, so I'm just looking for a decent renter/renters to take over it for me for the time being. The home sits on one acre which is partially fenced in. There's is a large building in the back as well. This home is move-in-ready! If you have a pet, I'll discuss you bringing it along for an extra one time fee added to the security deposit. I just can't afford any damage being done. No smoking inside. If you want to paint, it needs to be a neutral color and done correctly, and I need do be notified first. Ex: No paint all over the trim, etc. (For future renting/selling purposes.) If you'd like to make any other changes, just notify me about that as well on those. Utilities are not included. You'll be responsible for handling all of that.
