It's a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to the Longwood Medical Area. It features in-unit laundry, air conditioning, furnished separate kitchen and living room areas, and extra storage space. Shared furnishings also include a sofa, dining table, and TV. There's a bus stop right in front of the building, and the Green Line D (Brookline Hills T station) is nearby. The lease is from 2025-01-01 to 2025-08-31 with possibility for an extention. The rent is 1150$ + utilities. Security deposit is 1150$ A one-time 550$ management fee. There's a walk-in closet. The furniture in the bedroom was purchased in September, and I'm happy to sell it along with some kitchen appliances to the new roommate we can negotiate the price. The other two roommates, Neil and Zhe, are postdoctoral researchers working in the Longwood Medical Area. Zhe has a two-year-old cat, Reverie, and Neil has a dog, Cooper. Both pets are adorable and very friendly.
