    This is a great piece of land, I know that I enjoyed a lot of summer nights and weekends sitting by the water with friends having a beer while fishing or just swimming. we also had plenty of area to let the dogs run and play in the yard. It has 2 free standing buildings that were used for storage and a workshop. I know that most people want to buy a house that is finished because they think that there is too much work involved with building. However I think those people are robbing themselves, the fact is now the prefab homes industry is so far better then what there past reputation was and really the product line is equal to what home builders are making. You could pick out the home of your dreams, have this property added to the package and have it all ready for your family with minimal work and time.
