Hi all! We're looking for a fifth roommate to fill a room in our month-to-month upstairs Outer Sunset apartment, available asap! The room is $980 per month plus utilities (typically $80-$110 per month per person), around 218 sq ft (18 ft by 11 ft with a 20 ft alcove). The room is the original living room in the house - it's big and gets great natural light! The house a kitchen with a stove, oven, air fryer, etc., two bathrooms (one half bath and one with both a shower and bath) and free laundry machines in the garage shared by the whole house. No pets allowed unfortunately. The room is part of a house with one unit upstairs (where this room is located), with 2 other units downstairs, so we like to be mindful of noise as noise travels easily in the house. There are currently 3 other housemates. Ideally looking for a queer mid-late 20's queer roommate. L: (27, she/her, Polynesian) Recent Masters graduate moonlighting as a K-12 reading and writing tutor. She consumes an unreasonable amount of media, enjoys film photography, and sleeping L: (27, she/they, fil-am) current master's student at USF. A sleepy homebody/chronic night owl who likes to occasionally go out for drinks and apps with friends. J: (30, He/him, Black & African) Mailman, plays video games and works a lot.
