The Third floor in Casa Gia consists of three bedrooms, bonus room and two baths which accommodates up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, one queen bed in the second bedroom, one full and queen bed in the third bedroom, one love seat sofa sleeper in the bonus office room, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The Kitchen on the top floor has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, water/ice dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, and all kitchen utensils you might need for a prolonged stay, large dining room, over-sized Gulf Front balcony, laundry closet, linens, beach towels, and Five car garage with three separate doors and additional shared guest parking in the front of the building. On the second floor of Casa Gia we have four bedrooms with queen beds and two baths, two fully equipped kitchens with upgraded granite and white paneled cabinetry. Two living rooms decorated completely different and both with incredible Gulf front beach views. One of the living rooms is located to the left of the building (if looking from the beach) has a luxury sleeper sofa and a love seat living room set, the living room immediately to its right has a contemporary leather sofa which converts to a queen size bed. Both kitchens provide bar sitting space with four counter high saddle style bar stools in addition to the dining room table with sitting for four. The second floor has two full size washers and dryers in separate rooms. First floor has a separate unit that can be rented together or separately with one bedroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer, pull out sofa and bunk beds, perfect for a couple with small children or a couple that likes to have occasional guests or additional sleeping arrangements.
