My room is on the bottom floor right behind the kitchen, the room is 12*11 with high ceilings and private bathroom and walk in closet also a back door to a patio. the $535 is with everything included it is a 3/3 town home in a gated comunity of town homes called University Green, I am in the room on the bottom floor and all rooms are private leases, the lease is up at the end of July but I am moving out at the end of April. I am looking for a female. The living and dining room is furnished my room is not my other roommates pay extra for furniture but i signed a lease for en unfurnished place but was put in a furnished one by mistake so they took the furniture out of my room.
