You'll have a room and shared kitchen/living room and laundry room as a part of our 3 bedroom brick home. The entire upstairs will be yours with your own large private bathroom. You are also welcome to use the large backyard with patio and grill. We live on a quiet street in the East Point Conley Hills neighborhood. We are very close to a small park and walking/jogging trails. The upstairs has hardwood floors, is fully furnished, and lots of natural light! Offering a 6-12 month lease. Utilities extra, but I will not charge over $100/month (and you can see the bill each month). No smoking, pets on a case-by-case basis. Overnight guests allowed with advanced communication on a case-by-case basis.
