Our beautiful log home in the foothills is just outside of Fort Collins (Bellvue) is surrounded by pine trees and fields. There are three bedrooms and a big gourmet kitchen. The third bedroom is an office/bedroom. There are two gas fireplaces (upstairs and down stairs). The Poudre River is 20 minutes from the home where mellow to exciting river rafting occurs or great fly fishing as well. Rocky Mountain National Park is 50 minutes away and the fun college town of Fort Collins is 40 minutes away. The ski resorts are two-three hours away where there is plenty of hiking/mountain biking and skiing. Lots of hiking, rafting and mountain biking surround this address. There is a dog kennel outside as we have a dog as well. Home available for rent starting Sept 1, 2017 for 4 months. Owner pays for housekeeper 2x per month.
