There is currently construction finishing up in the backyard of the house. It will be all done by June 1st, and the whole yard will get brand new sod and underground sprinklers.
The basement of the house is an rental. It has an entirely separate entrance. It is important that you are not having loud parties or loud music.
Tenant pays for Heat/Electric, Water, and Internet/Cable. But tenant will only pay for half of these charges, because of the rental downstairs.
Qualifying standards. All tenants must meet the following requirements:
a. The total income of all applicant's added together must be at least $5,625
b. Applicant must receive positive references from ALL previous landlords for the past five years.
c. Applicants credit score must be a minimum of 650.
d. Applicants must be clean, and pay their rent on time, at all times.
e. Applicants must not smoke
