It has a grill and patio seating for cook outs. The front of the house has a driveway big enough for two-three cars and parking on the street is free and safe. The property also has an electric car charger. The neighborhood, Shenandoah, is located centrally and perfect for those that like to explore the city. A block away we have Shenandoah Park that features basketball courts, soccer field, tennis courts, racquetball courts, baseball field and playground - all free.
