Welcome to our Home Away From Home, nestled on a family-friendly street in Euclid. This charming 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home offers a sunroom patio overlooking a luscious green backyard with a formal dining and living room, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The home is conveniently located near the Four major Hospitals, Lake Erie Beach, Park and Pier, along with several other attractions,...with easy highway access for travelling, making it an ideal choice for those seeking comfort and convenience.
The open living and dining room are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a Smart TV with firestick hookup. The dining area seats four and connects seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, oven, and all necessary cookware, dishware, and cutlery. The basement houses a half bathroom and laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms (only 2 will be available for rent but 3rd is negotiable) and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and a Smart TV, while the other bedroom offer a full bed.
Pets are welcome, and the number of pets is negotiable. A cleaning fee is applicable and is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
The garage and drive way fits 3 cars comfortably (please note, street parking is free during the day, but vehicles must be moved to the driveway before 9:00 p.m. to avoid a ticket). Although the property is not in a wooded area, it's common to see wildlife like deer and squirrels. We ensure thorough cleaning before each guest's arrival to prevent pests. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access the laundry facilities in the basement. Snow removal is provided only for significant snowfall however, lawn maintenance is taken care f during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra sheets and towels are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time. Please be mindful of noise levels and avoid hosting parties.
