Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lockout fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including property information. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival.
