The room for rent has a large walk-in closet and is the second largest bedroom in the home. The downstairs living room/kitchen is shared space. There is an upstairs bathroom to yourself and my other housemate, and there is a half bathroom/laundry room downstairs as well to share. There is a pretty nice backyard with a nice deck/patio setup with a grill and a fire pit out in the yard. I am looking for a nice, respectful, and chill housemate that gets along with me and my other housemate. I do have 4 cats so probably not a great fit if you are allergic or aren't an animal friendly person -month to month lease for the single bedroom, up to 6 month lease -rules will be discussed and decided on together respectfully -utilities are to be split evenly amongst the housemate so 1/3 of utilities if there are 3 of us or 1/2 if there are only 2 of us, total utility costs for the whole home are usually around 500$ a month
