The en-suite bath offers a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed on each level. A guest bathroom on each level includes a tub/shower combination. A fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and toys for young children. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy the fresh mountain air in the spacious fenced yard. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the balcony, complete with a four-person table. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. 4WD/traction may be required in winter. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter.
