Hudson Gardens is conveniently located off HWY 94 in between Ruth Street and White Bear Blvd. Nestled quietly in a boasting apartment community, Hudson Gardens is close to many shopping areas as well as schools and transportation. We will have a 2 bedroom available for a August 15th move in. Our 2 bedrooms are 850 square feet and feature spacious living areas, large closets, and more! This unit does require 48 hour notice for any showings. Showings are done Monday Through Friday from 9AM until 4:00PM ONLY. Hudson Gardens has certain qualifications that must be met in order to schedule and appointment and to apply. Felonies must be over 7 years old and Gross Misdemeanors (not driving related) must be over 5 years old. Please note we DO NOT deal with any Sex Crimes no matter the age or level of conviction, Violent offenses, as well as crimes dealing with [removed], [removed], Heroine, and Prescription Pills. We do accept offer letters as a form of employment and income verification, as well as letters from social security and the county if you are receiving assistance. For our applications, we do require that you provide proof of your monthly income in verifiable form (most recent pay stubs or 3 months of bank statements). Lastly, any Evictions or UD's must be over 3 years old. If a balance is owed on them, the balance must be under $800 in order for us to consider the application OR you must show that you have had a consistent on time payment plan.
