It's on a private lake with a waterfall at the end of the property, and backs 1,000 acres of woods. The neighborhood has pickleball and tennis courts, hiking trails, a second public lake with picnic area and creek. The home can come fully furnished or not, including access to canoe, kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boat for the lake. Come here and melt into the relaxed, joyous version of yourself. You are welcome to AirBNB the upstairs and, depending on how often you do it, it can cover your entire rent to us. That will be yours to manage and must be under your name and account. A football weekend can easily put 1k in your pocket alone so it's worth considering. We expect rent on the 1st of every month. We are looking for a longterm lease and ideally for someone to rent for at least 2 years. Renter is responsible for all amenities, such as power, water, trash, lawn, etc. (we have a lower price point than we were quoted the house should go for to accommodate that).
