Hello! Welcome to your new home. We have private, furnished rooms in a fully equipped house, shared with other guests. Common areas are shared between residents, while bathrooms and refrigerators are shared between only three people. The kitchen has assigned storage space and parking is available for use, as long as spaces are available. Public services are included in its monthly rent payment. The contract has a minimum length of 6 months, we only accept lower length contracts in special cases. Monthly rent includes services (water, electricity and wi-fi).
