The house is newly remodeled. wi-fi throughout. We have one tenant that has lived here for over 2 years. Our roomies tend to stay awhile becuase they like it here. Everyone gets along and respect eachother. The house is big and spread out well. The room will be available september 1The location is in a quiet coldesac near shopping, resturants, colleges (occ, goldenwest, etc).We have friendly dogs and two in door outdoor cats. Mostly outdoor. no kitty litter boxes here. The house is on a kid friendly culd de sac near schools shopping and freeways. We have a trampoline. I am looking for a drama free renter, one who respects others privacy. I am 45 drama free. ZEN. trying to find great tenants at the same time. I don't tell people what to do and I just would like peace and happiness. I love to socialize and am very outgoing. I also love to cook and share. We have a garden and a nice yard. The holidays are here and the house is festive. Summertime here is a blast here. My kids are with me pretty much full time. My son is high functioning autistic but you wouldn't know it. He does at times has corky behaviors but but whoever rents must be understanding and accepting. Terms are month to month or can do a short lease. We all clean our own messes (bathroom/dishes) We will rotate who cleans the bathroom and everyone needs to help with cleaning up at lease their mess. No animales, No smoking, drugs, criminal background or overnight guest.
