Unit is located directly on the Arrowhead Country Club golf course where it is pleasurable to watch the golfers and watch golf training for distance and accuracy when driving over lakes. The clubhouse and golf course is open to the public and residents that live or rent in Heritage Greens can pay by the day to golf as well. Dining Room facility is located at Arrowhead Club and food is excellent! Thus unit has a very spacious wide and long screened lanai where you can enjoy the rolling hills and lakes on the course, and you will be in awe when you witness the beautiful daily sunsets while birds are chirping. The western exposure will keep you warm on cooler days during the winter. The unit has high ceilings giving more space, you would need a ladder to simply touch the ceiling. The furniture is mostly new, with two dining areas as well as a bar counter in the kitchen that allows the open floor plan for renters or owners to mingle freely. Love this unit for its bright open floor plan and golf course/sunset views. You will be pleased to have a private interior garage space as well as a sizable driveway dedicated to this unit. The main living areas have white tile which is clean and sanitary. Two en-suites plus a third den space that can convert to a bedroom as it has a privacy door just like the two en-suites. Satellite pools throughout the neighborhood are just a short stroll away on the other side of the street. Exercise areas, golfing by the day, and being closer to all the great stores and shops, including Chick-Fil-A is perfect for a quick bite with your family. ALDI's is close by as well, and a hospital is just a few blocks away as well. Easy to connect to I-75 and go north or south, and going to the east coast to visit is about a 1 and 3/4 hr trip. If you go west on Immokalee Road you will be in prime North Naples shopping and dining areas, where there is a state park beach (Delnor Wiggins) which is beyond beautiful. It's a straight shot down the road and from there I would explore going further north to visit the back roads that are parallel to the Gulf of Mexico where you can find various beach entries, and even a beach where you can bring your little furry friends (dogs). Keep going north and you'll end up in Ft Myers Beach where many new hotels and buildings have gone up in the past two years. Be sure to visit the Ford & Edison Museum when in Ft Meyers. The museum and history is just amazing to see in person. PS. This unit has not been lived in since it was fully decorated for the 2025-2026 winter tenancy. Stay warm during the cold winter months. The birds chirping around the golf course and seeing small fish come up for air in the lakes is simply beautiful. This is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CIGAR home. Only 1 small pet under 20 pounds allowed if well behaved and crated when alone. Dogs cannot have free range of entire property or bark non-stop if you're out for the day. Take the dog with you if you're away for longer than 45 minutes. Dogs are welcomed to most restaurants and outdoor shopping centers in Naples.
