Both outdoor enthusiasts, tidy and generally keep to ourselves. Great townhouse neighbors also working in medical field. No smoking permitted (not 420-friendly - sorry!), and no pets. Street parking available (garage space currently occupied, but some room for bike storage). Will ask for references from prior roommates and/or landlord.
