The house is fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, pots/pans, kitchen aids, ... The house is relatively run down on the outside awaiting to be fully remodeled soon. Besides all rooms shown in the pictures there is a small bedroom in the ground floor but is currently packed with stuff so I can't take pictures; it is just big enough for one full bed and it has a glass blocks window (hence not openable). The garage is not available; a pick up truck will be parked in the large back yard. Easy street parking on house driveway. Street cleaning is twice per month only. Note that there is a washer but no drier. I am ideally renting from May 8th till October 10th but dates can be certainly moved to beginning/end of the month or other depending on conditions. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES Owner pays all utilities including Internet No off-street parking but easy street parking on house driveway.
