    I carefully remodeled my 1300 sqft condo from top to bottom: ceiling, paint, lighting, bathrooms, kitchen counters/cabinets/appliances, and floors. The front door has a camera and security keypad or normal key entry for easy access. You will walk in to see a coat closet and nicely sized living room. Plenty of room for a tv, couch, and chairs. I kept my upright piano in here as well for entertaining! You'll move into the kitchen, where tucked in behind a sliding door are the washer/dryer. I love cooking, and so added a very nice stove/oven combo, a large fridge, a deep stainless steel sink, and plenty of cooking and storage space. I installed a quiet dishwasher so that conversation wouldn't be bothered by any loud whirring. Bar stools provided for family members and guests to eat at the counter, and also plenty of space for a kitchen table in the dining area. There is a half bath right off the dining area. Going up the stairs you'll find the master and second bedroom as well as the full hall bath. The master bedroom has a nice view and plenty of space with a very large closet. The master bathroom has been totally redone including a large tiled shower with a sliding glass door. Plenty of lighting and a large mirror mounted above the vanity, which has plenty of space for all of your items. The hall bathroom has a nice tub/shower combo and a vanity as well. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house as the living room, so any entertaining won't disturb anyone there. A large space with again, a large closet. Every room in the house has overhead recessed lights so that spaces are bright and energetic when you need it. The upstairs hallway light has a dimmer. The detached garage is reached through the dining area, making bringing groceries in a breeze. You'll also have access to a second parking space in the lot. You'll be able to use the Google Nest controlled thermostat from the wall or your phone to keep the space at your desired temp, and can be controlled from your phone. Given it is not an end unit, heating/cooling is very efficient. This is a very safe and friendly community. The neighbors are nice, plenty of green space for children to play and adults to lounge around. Across the street from Safeway/pharmacy and just down the road from Whole Foods. You can walk out of the community and right onto the Iron Horse Trail. Heather Farms is around the corner. BART/Freeway are a mile away, and downtown Walnut Creek is a 5 minute drive.Located in a safe, family-friendly community along the Iron Horse Trail. The community has a nice pool and three tennis courts as well. I've really enjoyed living here, I know you will too. 12 month lease. Water and Garbage is included in rent. HOA takes care of all yard work. Detached garage for one car and a parking permit for a second vehicle is provided.
