I do have pets, so if you are allergic this would not be a good environment for you I do have two other roommates who have been with me for 5+ years. It is a very quiet environment. MUST BE A Non smoker/ non vapor. No illegal drugs and no heavy drinkers, please. Only renting to one person in room. You must have a steady good paying job, a car, no criminal history, good credit.
