The canal is only about 2 or 3 feet deep at the dock. We are open to different arrangements. We can do weekly, monthly, or the season. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. All the terms are flexible. We are flexible with the terms. Weekly or monthly is fine. We are not sure if we will have long-term or rent it out for the winter yet.
