You are allowed 2 pets per apartment, we will cover 1 pet deposit for you (You save $300 ) If you have a second pet, the pet deposit is $300. We have already paid the $200 deposit for the apartment, so you do not need to pay that! There is a $60 application fee per applicant - you must be approved through the office.
