Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees apply if pet hair or waste is found. The home is conveniently located near major highways, interstates, and shopping centers, just minutes away from Calhoun Tract, Walmart, and Fort Moore. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge applies if signs of smoking are found. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or furnishings will be the guest's responsibility. Excessive trash left at the property incurs a $100 removal fee.
