All rooms have been freshly renovated and include Wired Ethernet connection and Wi-Fi (1GB download). Large capacity Washer/Dryer are on site and no cost. All utilities are included. Shared kitchen (first floor) has been newly remodeled with all new appliances. Indoor bicycle parking is available. There is street parking for vehicles (one spot in driveway available for this room). The house is within a response zone of the USC Department of Public Safety and the USC Safe Ride zone. An easy walk to the USC Tram stop at 23rd St and Portland. 10 minutes to USC by bicycle. This room, while a good location for a USC student, is open and available to all. Easy walk to the Metro Rail at LATTC (for DTLA and Santa Monica line. Several small markets within easy walk. Ralphs is just down the road at Adams and Vermont. Pets will be considered. Two other bedrooms are already rented (one person each). This room can accommodate two adults and a child if desired. Some furniture is available for the room along with a large floor rug. This is a queer safe home. Lease term is preferred to be a minimum of six months and can be extended. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor concrete areas of the yard. Other house rules are all focused on being respectful of each other. All Pets will be considered. Every other week, cleaning of the common areas is provided (kitchen, bathroom, hallways).
