This fully furnished and stocked a frame was thoughtfully curated design by avid travelers with a passion for the mountains. Enjoy an open main living, kitchen and dining space with floor to ceiling windows. Downstairs in the house you'll find the main bedroom (tv with Amazon fire stick), bathroom and living areas. Upstairs is the lofted sleeping area with two double beds with a view of the trees. Kitchen is complete with all utensils needed to cook for a relaxing stay (including coffee grinder!) Outside you'll find the deck with hot tub and lounge area. Downstairs outside is outfitted with Adirondack chairs, fire pit, dining furniture and barbecue. Laundry is accessed outside the house underneath. Owner pays for water. No smoking or wood fire allowed. No pets. Renter must have several references, background and credit check. Flexible on length of lease. Dogs or Cats may be accepted with additional deposit.
