The dog should always be supervised in the home and is not allowed on beds or other furniture. Cats are not permitted under any circumstances. PARKING: Only passenger cars, pickup trucks, or SUVs are allowed at the property - No recreational vehicles (RV) are permitted at any time. Vehicles must be parked on the driveway. On-street parking is not permitted. SMOKING: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. DEPOSIT / RENT: Security deposit plus booking fee is due upon signing of booking agreement. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle only. NOTE: A high season surcharge of $1,350 per month will apply for rentals during June and July.
