This is a well taken care of home with a nice backyard and easy access to restaurants and other Las Vegas activities. The area is safe because we have a police officer who lives directly across the street. The rooms that are being rented are very spacious and the house is well taken care of and very clean. All bills and other utilities are included with the monthly rent Except for Wi-Fi which is an additional $40 a month due to the high speed unlimited data that I am paying for.
