Debt-to-Income Ratio: Combined monthly debt payments may not exceed 40% of net monthly income. Verification: Employment, income, and rental references (including prior landlord history and eviction record) will be verified before approval. Lease Terms Minimum Lease: 12 months. Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in. Pets: No pets permitted.
