Master bedroom with huge walk-in closet. 1st floor, all hardwood floors, tons of free parking. Close to the beach, Abbott Kinney, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Santa Monica and LAX. Flat rate includes rent, wifi and all utilities. Apt is completely furnished with everything you would need, other than the bedroom which I will leave empty or I can provide a bed, desk and nightstand if needed.
