Designed as our family summer home, it has every amenity you'll want for your family getaway. It's the first time we're offering this house as a rental - come & see what we love about our home & its prime location at Hampton's main beach. The space The house is comprised of a 3bd/2 bath. There's an enclosed front porch, and a back deck with lounge furniture. We have a mudroom that includes a washer/dryer, beverage fridge, wall hooks, and cabinet storage area. This house is on a lot shared with a duplex each consisting of 2br, and an additional in law unit on the lower level of the main house. All units are listed and available for rent. Other things to note Please note that summer season stays (July & August) require a 7 night stay with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only. Landlord pays the utilities. Tenant pays for cable and internet.
