This beautiful low-country style two story home is 1780 sq feet, 3 bed, 2.5 bath, carport out back = covered parking for one large or two small vehicles, with additional uncovered parking as well. First and second story screened in porches with fans, and an unscreened back deck. Completely furnished, specific pieces of furniture can be removed by myself at renter's request. Pets ok. Refrigerator/Oven/Stove/Microwave in kitchen, with access to several other kitchen appliances I will leave for you. Washer/Dryer on first floor. Living in this community grants you access to a Pool, Tennis Court, and a community Boat Ramp/Fishing Dock with deep water access to the Broad River via Battery Creek. Asking $1850/month, utilities INCLUDED (you're responsible for setting up you're own cable/internet as desired). Be prepared to provide first month's rent and a $1850 security deposit up front. You can use my lawnmower to mow the 30 square feet of lawn yourself once a month, source your own lawn care company, or I can source it and add it to monthly rent. House will be available from September 1st 2020 through March 31st 2021. I am willing to entertain a month-to-month lease agreement, or do paperwork for the full 6 months.
