Dogs will be allowed on a case by case basis with a small, refundable pet deposit. Security deposit and last month's rent due at lease signing. All utilities are included in rent (water, electric, gas, trash, WiFi). 12 month lease. Must provide references and background check. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property. Parking for 1-2 vehicles. 2 person maximum. No subleasing.
