The Seahorse is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd, where you will find the main boardwalk with shops, beaches, parks, restaurants, and entertainment. The ocean is directly across the street, making it easy to walk to the beach, dining, shopping, and more. For additional vehicles or larger vehicles, there are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or the Hampton Park & Ride, which offers free overnight parking. There are a total of five cottages that share a parking lot, all available to rent alone or together for large groups. Guests should enjoy quiet time after 9 pm and treat the home with care, avoiding excessive cleaning needs or damage. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, and no parties are allowed. Guests should respect the approved number of guests and lock the doors when not home or after their stay. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday, and guests should use designated bins and avoid excessive trash. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear should be reported to the host, and guests are expected to pay for any damages or unexpected cleaning costs.
