Gorgeous, light and bright, LARGE 3-bedroom apartment in prime Williamsburg location. The over 1,400 square foot apartment overlooks a beautiful, lush green park with views of the Manhattan skyline. The unit is spacious with loads of storage space and large closets. While on the second floor, the apartment is full of windows and gets lots of sunlight. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, a full service kitchen and all three bedrooms are large. The primary bedroom is large enough for a King bed with lots of room to spare. The building is located right on the Williamsburg waterfront; 7 min walk to the L. Staff here is very friendly. There is a package room, concierge, large gym, pool, roof deck, bike storage and much more. The building is also conveniently located near a cvs, trader joes, shopping etc. We LOVE living here but have to relocate out of NYC for work. We are looking for someone to take over our lease with the option to renew at the end of the year. We have lived in NYC for many years and this is by far our favorite apartment. This is a steal - the rent is very reasonable given the size and location of the apartment. We could not recommend it more highly!!
