Parlor sometimes is used as a bedroom. Oil Boiler Forced Hot Water heat and domestic hot water. No A/C. The house is quite old and so has smaller spaces than people expect from current construction. There are many condition issues to correct due to age and the owners are working one by one to fix them. House has always been rented during the summer.
