    Private room with large windows, not furnished, big closet space, in a very quiet and tucked away but central area in the University of Delaware. This Sublease Agreement is between the original tenant ("Sublessor") and the incoming roommate ("Subtenant"). The Subtenant is renting one private bedroom within the residence, with equal access to shared common areas including the kitchen, living areas, and bathroom. The Sublease term is for six (6) months, during which the Subtenant agrees to pay monthly rent of $1,050, due on the same day each month as required under the original lease. The Subtenant is not responsible for any utilities unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Quiet hours shall be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM each day. Small pets are permitted, provided they do not violate any rules in the original lease or cause damage; any damage caused by pets will be the Subtenant's responsibility. The Subtenant understands that this sublease is subject to the terms and conditions of the original lease with the Landlord, and the Sublessor remains legally responsible to the Landlord under that lease. The Subtenant agrees to comply with all lease rules, policies of the property, and lawful instructions from the Sublessor. At the end of the six-month term, the Subtenant shall vacate the property and return possession of the bedroom and shared spaces in clean condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
