Many of our homes are situated in residential neighborhoods where walking, biking, scootering, or renting a golf cart offers a relaxed and scenic way to explore the area. Other things to note We provide dedicated driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Please note that parking on the grass berms is not permitted, as that area is owned by the Town of Middletown and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the designated driveway and limit vehicles to four.
