The space is below a family (children ages 10,12) with 2 dogs. We are up early for school and work. It is a good fit for one person (possibly a couple) either in Graduate School, working and looking for a short term rental of 3,6,9 months. Unfortunately the space is not animal friendly, but it's a 10-min walk to the nearest public bus stop and a 5-min car ride to supermarkets and restaurants in the North Asheville area. Also 4 miles from biking the blue ridge parkway and Mountain to Sea trail (once cleared from hurricane impact). Owner pays for electric, water, heat and Internet (WiFi). Smoking of ANY KIND is strictly prohibited and any violation will revoke this lease agreement. There is one parking space assigned to this unit (carport) and one extra for visitors. Lease is month to month. This is NOT a long term agreement (3, 6 or 9 months ONLY). Renter is responsible for garbage and recycling disposal. Bins located in the property.
