Smoking/Vaping is prohibited inside any of the units and within 20 feet of any building. There will be an allocated off-street parking spot for residing tenants with parking permits. Credit and Background checks are required for all applicants over the age of 18 along with a $50.00 application fee per adult. We do not do short term rentals, all tenants will be required to sign a one-year lease prior to moving in.
