The location is superb- for raising a family or retirement-lots to do. Six miles below a lake for summer time sports-water skiing, fishing, boating (power or sail or paddle), swimming. 300 yards from the San Juan river for year round fishing or floating. I had a favorite rock from which I would throw my line in and catch dinner. Thousands of acres of BLM land all around for hiking, 4 wheeling, biking, horse back riding, back packing, and exploring.
