    Sublet this Dogwood Acres home from November 1-June 30, with option to take over the lease after that. This cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a huge backyard is located in a quiet neighborhood close to town. The backyard (which can be fully fenced in if you close the carport gate) is luscious and green and comes complete with raised beds, a fire pit, an elderberry and fig tree, a shed, and a pergola. The bathroom has a great tub and good storage, and the living room has a huge window that lets in the most perfect light, ideal for nurturing all your indoor plants. There is a laundry hook-up, but you'll need to bring your own washer and dryer. We have a washing machine available for purchase, if desired. This house is great for working from home, hosting gatherings, or just nesting in a lovely space. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking, and is close to Southern Village, which has a dog park, trails, Weaver Street Market, and some hidden gem restaurants. The house is not on a bus line, but is close to Southern Village, where you can catch a couple different buses. The house is not wheel-chair accessible (there are about 4 steps to get in the front door as well as the side door).
