The neighborhood at St Dunstans Circle is filled with friendly people who look out for each other. You can stroll down the hill to a variety of wonderful restaurants, breweries, gyms & stores. Or you can drive 5 minutes up the road to downtown Asheville for more city life. Healthcare Workers, this property is right next door to the major hospital in the region, Mission Hospital. If you will be working at Mission your commute will be almost as easy as rolling out of bed. The house is 100 years old and filled with lots of uniqueness. It has tons of windows, bringing light to every part of the house. There is a large walk in basement great for storage, which is where you will also find the laundry area. On the main floor there is a grand wood burning fireplace in the living room with a deep and comfy couch, across from a large 75" smart TV. The house has energy efficient heating and cooling central air. The kitchen and dining room have stunning decor and offer a wonderfully cheerful place to start and finish your day. You can expect the kitchen to be fully stocked with appliances and all that you will need to cook in the kitchen. The master bedroom has two closets, an attached bathroom, black out curtains, a dresser, and a comfortable king size bed. There is a linen closet in the hallway. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with several tucked away drawers for clothing and storage, a storage coat rack, a work desk with desk chair, blackout curtains and a bedroom closet. Both the kitchen and the guest bathroom are adorned with Moroccan tile and unique house features that will make your stay here one of a kind! All utilities are included in this rental and everything is fully furnished. Our house is available around the beginning of Oct 2025. We prefer at least a 6 month rental commitment, but duration is negotiable. A 5 month lease, an 8 month lease or a year lease is also possible. Contact us for more details.
